Why am I here?

I’m here (on blogger that is) because now that I know we’re pregnant I can’t concentrate on anything else!

A girlfriend assures me that after a few days of acclimating to the happy news I might actually be able to be productive again – let’s hope so! I’m loving the giddiness, but my boss and customers just may have a different opinion.

So, yes, we just found out we’re pregnant. There were tears and “thank-you”s, hopping and bouncing, a little hyperventilating, a lot of smiling, and an expensive trip to B&N to get a ton of pregnancy books.

Why else am I here? Let’s just say it’s more about me than it is about you, heh. I’m not an extrovert, but I want to capture this experience and I can’t write in a paper journal to save my life. (Really, I have about 20 beautiful journal books that each have the first 10 pages filled and then blanks all the way to the end.) But somehow typing seems to work, and some family and friends may actually be interested in this crazy rambling of mine, which is why I’m doing this on blogger instead of in notepad.

And now the waiting begins…
